I can see the new year....

So having recently been to see New Years Eve...and although I wish I could spend my NYE trapped in a lift with Ashton Kutcher I need to embrace the real world and decide what I am actually gonna do. But I thought I would take the time to evaluate last years resolutions. So at the start of 2011 I wanted to... 1) Be better with money - definete fail................well this needs carrying over to next year!!! By the end of 2012 I will have paid off my credit card & cut it up!!! And hopefully my overdraft too...........in which case I need to eBay like a pro or get a better paid job as otherwise this is not gonna happen again! I like to think positive though, I've had one of the best years of my life if not the best, because of the AMAZING friends (you know who you are) I have and awesome nights out I have had and met some fab people along the way, let's not forget some of the fierce outfits I have rocked also!!!! 2) Go on sun holiday - EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!! This is also carried over to next year because I NEEEEEEEEEED a vacation!!!! And Jessica Walton if you are reading this I want you there!! Can we go to somewhere sunny please, if we don't go out for the entire of January will we save money to go to Ibiza, napa, Marbs or even somewhere tropical like Mexico or Thailand?????? If I don't go on holiday next year I will mostly be wearing this tee
3) Look beaut on this sun holiday - well I haven't been on a sun holiday but I feel like I look probably the most beaut I have ever looked at the moment, I'm basing this on the fact that the size 10 Topshop Boutique sale shorts I purchased in the boxing day sales last year now fit me.....I'm basing this on the fact that I would rather spend money on shoes than food...so my new years resolution for 2012 is not to get fat again, infact the skinnier I get the better...I 100% want to look the BEST I have ever looked in 2012 so if you see me eating crap please tell me not too....I feel it's gonna be hard in January to not stay in and eat comfort food but I am gonna be on this more than ever!!! 4) Never stop searching or believing in Chanel - this does not need explaining & for the record I still j'adore Chanel and fingers crossed I will be purchasing something new very soon. I may think of some more resolutions to add this year but not 100% sure what yet, any ideas would be appreciated but I feel like I have most things covered. As I am feeling nostalgic of 2011 I thought I would upload some of my favourite pictures from the year....I have loved 2011 & hopefully 2012 will be just as good!
Peace, Love & New Years Resolutions Sophs xoxo

Oh My God -Shoes!!!!

Officially obsessed with buying shoes -FACT! So last year I Christmas shopped in New York, this year I went to York -it's not the same, but enjoyed feeling Christmassy walkin through the markets all wrapped up rocking my faux fur russian hat. After trying on numerous clothes I once again ended up buying not only a pair of shoes but yes you guessed it another pair of wedges -whoops!!!! These shoes are to die for....the gorgeous black quilted velvet and gold studded detail is beyond amazing and I cannot wait to wear them!!
I did however reign in the shoe buying long enough to become a little bit smitten with a grey baggy sequin jumper in the window of Zara, which was beyond amazing but when I couldn't see it in the shop and asked a sales advisor who was completely clueless but went and found out and it was in the window but not available to buy until today! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh what the actual F who does that???????????????? Look at this gorgeous jumper we are luring you into the store for but wait, stop, halt - no you can't buy it until tomorrow - well obviously I was only visiting York for the day and cannot go back to purchase today - I have looked online and cannot see it but just 100% gutted as it was gorg!!!!! However on the plus side I fell in love with a gorgeous skirt which is short at the front and maxi at the back which I cannot wait to wear with my new shoes.....it's gonna look a treat.
Peace, love & shoe buying wishes Sophs xoxo

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Tis the season to sparkle....my favourite time of year CHRISTMAS PARTY SEASON & I love it!!!!! Now if you know me, you know that I wear sequins all year round, daytime & night because I don't believe in saving things for special occasions and this Christmas is no exception, as we speak I am eargerly waiting a gorgeous sequin dress that I have ordered off eBay, it is everything I love in a party dress - fully sequined, baggy & short - I just hope when it arrives it is as amazing as the pictures and looks pretty fierce on, fingers crossed it will come tomorrow.
I also think this is the perfect dress to take on a sun holiday....which I am still longing for and am DEFINETLY going to make happen 2012 for sure. In other sequin news I got these bad boys, again off eBay, for a bargain of £20 as well....I am loving them more than ever because they are a press sample too, it is small things like this that make my day...but you do not understand how long I have wanted these for, I saw them approx a year ago in a magazine and hunted high and low for them online and instores but never saw them in the blue, the silver colour was everywhere and my best friend managed to get a pair in gold from Oxford Circus which are amaze and I have borrowed too many times but the blue is beyond amaze and I am looking forward to cracking them out this weekend!!
I love shopping at this time of year because all the shops bring out amazing sequinned items, and I will be looking to add to my wardrobe as usual, as no doubt you all will be too, so if in doubt go for a sequin and stand out, shimmer and embrace the party season! Peace, love & lots of sparkle Sophs xoxo

Is oxblood the new black?

TREND - Oxblood

So every year a "new" colour rocks up and tries to outshine black, last year it was camel which I don't think was that successful but this year it is oxblood. Now I have loved oxblood ever since I purchased my second vintage Chanel bag which is a gorgeous shade of oxblood, I also think a head to toe oxblood outfit would look amaze if done properly, however my bank card will probably snap if I start buying more clothes this month so I will just have to make do with oxblood shoes & bag and of course an oxblood nail or lippy -the cheapest and easiest way to be bang on trend, if you wanna be part of the oxblood girls just step into any highsteet store it is everywhere, the easiest way to give the trend a nod is to purchase a pair of oxblood leigh skinny jeans from Topshop, hundreds of girls are wearing these and they can look really nice...if I was a jeans girl I'd team a pair with the black marabou feather jumper and Allegra chelsea boots (see my must have's post) but if you have some cash to splash why not try head to toe oxblood for a truly chic ontrend look. Peace, love and oxblood Sophs xoxo

My MUST HAVE items this winter...

My AW11 MUST HAVE ITEMS

So due to the fact that it has just been payday, uniform, 30% off and I sold a few bits on eBay I have been able to do my favourite thing of all - SHOP!!! My winter wardrobe is beginning to come together...now it is me so obviously there are sequins, feathers and a lot of black...but I am MOST excited for my new wedges in oxblood, I ordered them online Friday (they were still available thank god!) and they came this morning....now I loved them dearly in black and wore them with everything so hopefully these ones will be just as good and will be a nice change from black I guess. Especially as I have managed to get a pair of black Allegras
Now I know they have been out for a while and I was convinced the most sought after chelsea boot of the season from Topshop was completely sold out but luckily I managed to nab a pair which was left in the Fargate store on Saturday...these will be my winter boots which will go through everything and get me through any nasty weather as I can't wear wedges in the ice/snow. i recommend a chelsea boot as a must have on trend item to anyone looking for new footwear this season. The black marabou feather jumper is an item I was slightly unsure about when I tried it on...I had been waiting for it for so long and when it finally arrived instore I was slightly gutted it wasn't longer but still I think it is a perfect statement item which will look a-maze with some leathers and my new allegra boots with lots of fierce gold jewellery obviously!! The embellished black sequin shorts are a perfect winter item, sequins are for life not just for Christmas, I will wear loads with tights and can't wait to rock with a tan in summer, however in even better sequin news, I managed to get an electric blue pair of sequin shorts off eBay which were originally a press sample...I will be wearing this weekend and will upload a pic but they are extremely sparkly and very exciting. I LOVE SEQUIN SHORTS and they are my must have not just for the party season but all year round. I never got round to buying a winter coat, so this black faux fur gilet is perfect for keeping me warm when worn over my leather jacket with a belt, it looks extremely expensive when styled like this, so anyone else who cannot find their dream winter coat don't worry you won't freeze just smack up a faux fur gilet and layer up - perfect! Now a controversial item that I recently bought is this maxi dress, which I absolutely LOVE - now on the hanger i'll agree it looks like a sack of shit but styled up it looks so much better....despite being told I look like a deciple or Morticia Adams I have had some compliments on it from true fashionista's who appreciate just how simple and classic the dress is...I also think it will be an amaze piece for the summer with a bare leg and sandal with serious layering of chain charm necklaces. Now if only I had been lucky enough to get the Versace for H&M cuffs....
How to wear the boutique maxi...

Let me know what you think of the controversial dress but I am sticking with loving it and that is why it is a must have item for me! Now this month I have become more shoe obsessed than ever and my other must haves are the black suede Topshop Lightening wedges, which are uber comfy and perfect for day or night and then the ultimate fierce snake skin shoes which I think are a perfect statement shoe for the party season!!! Peace, Love & Must have items Sophs xoxo

Last time I got a £1 bargain it was the outnets first birthday...

Today I got another £1 bargain, this amaze Topshop aztec cape blanket in these earthy tones, granted it is last years stock, I remember it well as I paid the full £36 for the grey version but this a perfect one for this year, and I'm thinking it will look beaut over my leather jacket with some taupe ankle boots and a black dress, plus it doubles up as a blanket for when I am freezing in my flat....definetly one of the best £1's I have ever spent. Sorry for gloating for any of you who paid full price.
Peace, Love & Aztec Prints Sophs xoxo

Selfridges - Home sweet home

Oh, Em, actual Geeeeee!!!! It's that time of year again where Selfridges have their annual 20% off weekend!!! Excited much!!! Number one because it is a pay weekend (although I will be skint as practically minimum wage doesn't stretch very far when you have to pay rent, bills etc) and number 2 it is the start of my week off!!!!!!! Tonight I will be frantically eBaying as much of my wardrobe that I can convince myself I don't need (obviously I won't be parting with any Chanel or my balenciaga clutch) but I'm gonna find things I don't die for any more and list like a crazy bitch so I can either at a long shot afford a new handbag or if not purchase a red and white Alexander McQueen scarf as I've been wanting a red one now for too long!!!!
Peace, love and selfridges discount Sophs xoxo

My shoes have broken...

....DAMN YOU TOPSHOP!!!!! My favourite wedges which I have strutted in for practically the last 3 months are ruined, one of them full on just snapped in half on the wood (well the inside looks more like polystyrene coated in a wood finish) It happened Friday at work, luckily I had some ballet pumps, I know ewww, in my locker so the rest of the day I looked short and was in mourning for my wedges which are no longer instore or available to order. The wedge in question is called LION in black in a size 5, luckily they are still available online, I'm just hoping that they are still there Friday as I'm gonna have to order them then swap my broken ones instore, I've just gotta get to Friday so I have £80 I can splash out to do this.
So please all pray that they are still available to order, or hope that someone returns a pair of size 5s to the Meadowhall store as if they do I will most certainly be all over them! If not I may have to branch out to this seasons favourite colour, oxblood but I'm usually all about the black....
Fingers crossed their is a god up there who knows just how much I love these wedges, and RIP the original pair I had, we had some amazing times Peace, love and one less pair of shoes Sophs xoxo

Rihanna is my girl crush...

"I saw you screaming when no-one can hear. You always feel ashamed that someone could be that important that without them, you feel like nothing. No one will ever understand how much it hurts, you feel hopeless like nothing can save you. Then when it's over, it's gone, you almost wish you could have all that bad stuff back so that you can have the good"
I cannot stop watching the "We Found Love" video, I love it so much Rihanna is the definition of a hot mess in this video & I love it. The words at the start are so touching and I cannot wait to download her new album as the Loud album has practically been the soundtrack to my year. She is amazing and the definition of FIERCE, I love her style, apart from the dress she wore on last nights X Factor, it kinda looked like she had borrowed it from Cher Lloyd but when she dresses in bondage style glamour she does it o so well! I am watching her for inspiration into fierce outfits and hoping next time tour tickets go on sale I will be lucky enough to get some. Peace, love & hopelessness Sophs xoxo

So I missed out on Versace for H&M.....

GUTTED much!!!!! Seriously their website was beyond a joke just kept crashing until everything was sold out that I wanted.....and 54 pages of items on ebay beyond a joke - a £39.99 skirt that people have bidded up to £150 with still a day to go.....it makes Versace look like a joke, the price people are paying for at the end of the day something that is still H&M they could buy a Versace item for......I really wanted the gold cuffs though...I'm hoping that someone has realised this and bought me them for Christmas or that they will get returned by someone less fierce than me to Meadowhall. Although I'm not holding my breath Meadowhall should definetly have stocked the range we don't all live in London or have time to commute to Leeds or Manchester before work!! Note to H&M -next time you launch a designer collaboration please launch it in Meadowhall and maybe do a deal with eBay so no one can sell an item for like 30 days of the launch date or something - that way then true fashionistas and shopaholics will get a piece of the gorgeousness that they want...just a thought!!! Peace, love and & Versaceless Sophs xoxo

Sexy and spikey

Well it is that time of year again when the clothes and accessories are at their best!!! I LOVE autumn winter fashion and this year is no different! I love sequins, sequins and more sequins, I jadore faux fur I love the glamour and how fabulous it makes you feel, not to mention how toasty it is, I love leather....this year I am going to branch out and maybe go for a leather trouser, I mean I have jackets, leggings, skirts and shorts but leather trousers are what I am feeling, I love how all the clothes right now have gone that one step further and the strapping is pure bondage...it is beyond fierce!!! My gothic inner child is coming out in the form of a hand full of skull and knuckle duster rings not to mention all the jewellery made up of spikes....my love for studds has trippled this year, I want everything covered in studds and spikes, I'm contemplating buying bags of studds off ebay and getting creative as everything seems to be silver and gold is my preference!! I'll upload pix of anything I do get round to studding! All black is obviously my favourite choice for layering up all this fierce jewellery to make it stand out, and I will be teaming it with the perfect bright pink lippy...this is when I can track down the shade I am lusting after...MAC Candy Yum Yum, however it was limited edition circa 2007 and I am gutted to have missed out I need this lip colour so badly right now!!! If anybody knows where I can purchase one....please get in touch...until then I will have to make do with a Nars shade similar I will be purchasing after payday!! I also love how in winter heels become higher and therefore fiercer but I need to stop buying shoes and purchase some clothes.....or maybe more jewellery. Peace, love & all things studded Sophs xoxo

I say brrrrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold in here....

We all now it's cold, we are nearly in November, yet everyone is moaning it's freezing -crank up the heating and crack out the winter clothes!!!! It is essential this year that I purchase a new winter coat, as my warmest one a leopard faux fur number from Topshop circa 2009 is once again back with avengence and every other person is wearing it....I love this coat and am not ready to part with it, number one because it is very toasty, the warmest coat I own, and number 2 although it has been overkilled this year I still love leopard print....however my leopard needs to go into hibernation and a new faux fur coat needs to be purchased....although I have yet to find a coat I love this year, this Topshop one comes close, I love the fur and I like the fit but I feel it is stepping out of my comfort zone of black, they do do a black version but the fur is no where near as nice...what I do know is I need to find a warm coat quickly because I have been far too cold in my leather jacket and mongolian scarf combo these past few days.....however being cold does have the added benefit of burning extra calories!!
Peace, love and extra layering Sophs xoxo
Versace for H+M

Ok so not blogged for a while, been busy with work and not really shopped much as far too skint. But since like Feb/March time when I heard Donatella Versace was collaborating with H+M I have been excited and looking forward to the 17th November.....it is now less than a month away....excited much!!! Now I am wishing the collection touched down on a payday but unfortunatly I am gonna have to save some money out of the small portion of wages I get to at least purchase not one but 2 of the gold bracelets with circle detail...I need these, one for each arm, they are amazing!!!! H+M you have outdone yourself, I am far more excited than any of the previous collections....yes including Stella McCartney. Ordinarily I would be eBaying my life right now so I could afford the leather jacket or maybe the studded leather dress but I am eargerly waiting for eBay to remove it's ban so I can list items.....I am bored of being skint £6.85 can buy you nothing!!!! Well a Vogue and a drink but I NEED fashion, I have literally no clothes suitable for winter and would kill for my winter wardrobe to consist of, well mainly Versace for H+M as lets face it, it's the closest I will get to Versace for a while!! Anyway I need to book this date off work and raise some funds over the next few weeks so I can smack up the Versace, I'll race you to the jewellery section! Peace, love & Donatella inspired tans Sophs xoxo

Glasgow bound...

So my long weekend has just begun, I am on route to Glasgow, I had to change at Manchester Picadilly, then Preston and will get to Glasgow for 8pm, providing there are no delays! So for those of you wondering why I am going to Glasgow, well it is because I have a spot on The Weakest Link, for those of you who know me you will find this pure comedy gold, no doubt I will get voted off first round if not definetly after a couple of rounds!!!

After limitless restrictions on what you can take to wear - no black, no red, no heels (basically nothing in my wardrobe), I overcame the hardest styling mission of my life and decided on 4 outfits which they will pick from tomorrow, my suitcase contains, my colour pop wedges, a pink sequin top and denim shorts, a bright blue dress, a coral top which would have looked a-maze-ing with the purple skirt that I planned wearing it with, however that is sadly ruined, something I am very upset about today!! I have also packed my wet look leggings and my japenese print oversized blouse....but they pick your outfit, I do not remember a time when someone has ever picked an outfit for me to wear, this is something I am slightly dreading! At least they are choosing from my choices!!

However, if for some reason I get my questions right and people keep me in, I would love to win the prize money, I could do so much more with a couple of grand than many on the show I reckon, I'd pay off, then cancel, yes cancel my credit card - I do not want it any more! I'd go to Ibiza for the closing parties, I definetly deserve a holiday this year, well a sun holiday, it's been too long -2007 to be exact! I need to get myself on a sunlounger next to a pool for 7-10 days!!!!!

This weekend I am away filming I am missing a mah-jor fundraising day at Topshop, raising money for the Jemma & Jacob fund, now if you don't work at Topshop you won't know the tragic story, but Jemma, a gorgeous 21 year old girl sadly died a few months ago of cervical cancer, she was pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful baby boy Jacob who we are raising money for at work...well if I somehow manage to survive the wrath of Anne and win The Weakest Link I will donate a percentage of my prize fund to this amazing cause, as Jemma was a gorgeous girl who was a truely amazing person and touched a lot of lives.

Live everyday to the max you never know when it's your turn to go.

I WON

I actually did it, I came second place in June's River Island most stylish, I won £150 of vouchers that I am currently enjoying spending. Thank you if you were one of the people who voted!

I guess you are wondering what I have spent my vouchers on, well who knew spending £150 is so difficult, I'm being savvy and wise, I bought a gorgeous silk feel longline white oversized blazer, from £50 to £20 in the sale...however I have now returned it as everytime I tried it on I felt like an 80s throwback or like I was wearing a labcoat....not the look I was going for.

I have however had some a-mazing buys, a gorgeous pair of sparkly sequin hotpants and THE and I mean THE mother of all feather earrings, turquoise, gorgeous and o so long! I just hope they bring them out in another colour -maybe an orangy/brown or purple.

With the rest of the vouchers I still have £80 I am thinking of getting a winter coat, I know it's only July and people think it's crazy to buy a coat in the height of summer, but trust me I have missed out on some amazing coats in the past for this reason and i won't be doing it this year! However who knows where I will find the perfect one...watch this space.

Peace, love & luck

Geisha Girl Glam

I bought this gorgeous oversized floral Topshop shirt on payday and I can't get enough of it, rocking Geisha Girl Glamour with wetlook leggings and flatforms, and this gorgeous vintage looking gold bag which I will use on too many nights out despite it being quite heavy to carry as it is pure metal but it sets the outfit off almost as much as a Chanel would. I wouldn't look out of place in Tokyo in this outfit and it would look perfect with my hair scraped into a large bun on the top of my head.

Peace, love and style

I want my own vintage shop....

I'm having the best day off work, working in Lottiebel's Boutique in The Forum Shops Sheffield, obviously it's not as busy as Topshop, but the customers are all chatty and friendly and have time to talk, it's amazing watching their eyes light up at vintage items and hand-made jewellery, they love her Scrabble tile rings and their eyes light up when they see them, I can choose the music, from Blondie, to Jamie T, to Diana Ross and The Supremes I'm loving the mix up I have created to set the vintage atmosphere. Let's hope the rain stops and the people of Sheffield will come out on force to browse the gorgeous items.....it's definetly now my dream to own a boutique one day.

Wishing I was in Ibiza...

Due to my trip to New York last year I am unfortunatly without a summer holiday this year, which really upsets me, all I want is for my pale skin to become bronzed and sunkissed whilst I lay on the beach and at night I want to sip cocktails with my girls, I have just entered a competition on the River Island website to go to Ibiza in 12 days time, with 3 of my best friends and a £1000 holiday wardrobe, did I mention there is free entry to Ibiza clubs too and spending money, this would be a dream come true if I won -the best bit about it is while you are there you get to write a holiday diary which will feature in Grazia!!!! This prize is a-maze-ing beyond belief!!!

I uploaded a picture of myself rocking my fetival fierce, Ibiza-chic holiday style....for the look I am wearing my gorgeous Topshop wedges, with possibly one of the most amazing fringed items on the high-street from Rivers, a gorgeous metal tin bag from River Island, these gorgeous gold sequin shorts that belong to my lovely flatmate that I wished I owned!! My faithful River Island feather earrings and numerous chains and bangles...I love this look, it's summer at it's best!

Right now my fingers and toes are crossed I'd love to win so much, cross your fingers for me too please!!!

Peace, love & summer

To die for wedges

For SWEET time and I mean SWEET time I have been lusting after Topshop's Script wedges, I first saw them at the start of February when I went to Manchester for my BFF, Jess's Birthday, I saw them in an amazing raspberry colour and wished I had £70 spare to purchase them...sadly I did not. Since then I would have killed to have them in basic black but most of all the bright pink suede

Now unfortunatly due to lack of funds I missed out on the bright pink suede and currently being sold on eBay for £110 I decided to pass and settle for the bright orange soled version. This was one of the best decisions ever in my shoe buying history, obviously other than the black JAVA flatforms that 6 out of 7 days a week are strapped to my ankles, but the linen patent orange combo on these wedges are to die for and these fingers crossed that they will be comfy are going to be my summer day shoe!! I didn't realise how much I loved the colour orange, and they go with so many things in my wardrobe.....now if only I had a tangerine balenciaga bag to rock with them!!

Peace, love and strutting in heels

Sworn to fun, loyal to none

Just come accross this top on www.asos.com, I love it so much, right now "Sworn to fun, loyal to none" is a mantra that sums up my life, I'm young and living life for fashion and fun right now, I maybe selfish but I don't need to be loyal to anyone, come payday this tee may make the cut as part of my new summer wardrobe, yes it's a tee and quite simple but Zoe Karssen has come up with some fabulous tees that are really easy, another one I love has the slogan "Who killed Bambi?" written across it - tees are easy to wear with patterned leggings or denim shorts on days when you just wanna be a bit cas or comfy! Tees are a staple part of my wardrobe as they form the basis of an outfit that can be worn day or night!

Peace, love and baggy tees

Glorious English sunshine has been gracing our Country this week - people are panicing as it is only April - have we purchased our summer wardrobes yet? Probably not, well this summer I cannot wait to channel mix and match prints to create the illusion of a playsuit or jumpsuit - I have been waiting for a print I adore to appear in Topshop as so far this year the floral prints on matchy items have not been that great, I don't like navy and I don't want swirls - this week however I spotted this gorgeous tropical print - I snapped up the shorts and fingers crossed the top will still be in stock after payday! I figured the shorts would be more wearable if I can only have one, I mean they will look a treat with a striped tee, the top is a bit too predictable to wear alone...

I am praying I will get the top as together they will look a-maze-ing together...I wanna team them with a bright orange shoe and clutch to get that true summer feeling....I need a serious shop, if anyone has a winning lotto ticket please send it my way until then eBaying old clothes to buy new ones will have to just do!

Peace, love & sunshine

I want to be the girl with the most cake...

If you know me you will know how much I love cupcakes and in particular Fancie. cupcakes, if you are not familiar with Fancie. you are definitely missing out,it is a Sheffield based company and having been to Magnolia Bakery when I visited New York I can honestly say Fancie. cupcakes are better, it's the frosting - it is to die for.

I tried giving up cupcakes for lent until I saw Fancie's Easter menu, Creme Egg cupcakes and Malteaser bunnie cupcakes, last week I caved.

I opted for the Creme Egg one. OH. EM. GEE! It was to die for, not only was the cupcake cakey part a bit like a chocolate brownie and the frosting tasted like the Creme Egg fondant there was a Creme Egg inside it too! Fancie definitely have out done themselves!!!

A week later I am still amazed at just how amazing the Creme Egg cupcake was, so yesterday I went back for a second one, they were all gone, I thought I would go for the Malteaser bunnie, sticking with the Easter theme I thought I couldn't go wrong - I did, the Malteaser one was no where near as good, I was disappointed!!! However I am grateful to have tried and tasted the Creme Egg cupcake, the mother of all cupcakes and from now on what all foods will measure up against. If you are in the Sheffield area and want to eat the most amazing cake you will try I recommend Fancie, and if Easter is over you can always opt for Lemon, Raspberry and Almond or Victoria sponge and you won't be disappointed.

Peace, love and happy cupcake eating

The Outnet 2nd Birthday sale

It's that time again when Theoutnet.com is another year older, for it's second birthday they are having a £2 designer sale, it is ticket only this year and sadly I am not one of the lucky 2000 ticket holders who will be getting a gorgeous Matthew Williamson jumpsuit for £2, or an amazing Halston clutch for £2 or some beautiful Givenchy boots for yes £2. GUTTED!!! Although I was lucky enough to get a Roberto Cavalli belt for £1 in their first birthday sale and other people should be allowed a bargain blah blah blah but I would seriously have loved a ticket and yes it's fastest finger first but I definitely would have been all over it!!

Good luck if you are one of the lucky 2000 ticket holders and I hope you get and cherish an amazing item, just like I would.

Peace, love, Chanel

For years, yes that's right years, I have been looking and searching for the perfect red dress....still no luck on the high street.

Once again at the Oscars last night countless celebrities rocked gorgeous red dresses, including Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway and Sandra Bullock.

Now although none of these dresses were oh em gee I want to die fabulous they came to my attention and reminded me once again that I need the perfect red dress, for get LBD for me this year the search is on for a Little Red Dress or LRD if you will.

Until that point I will continue to rock my red topshop boots as a statement red item, and dream of owning a red dress and also a red chanel bag -obviously!

Peace, love and red envy

I'd rather be in Paris

Right now in a City not so far away it's Paris fashion week. O how I long to be there, I'd have loved to have been sat front row or even squashed at the back of the Chanel Couture show today, Karl Lagerfeld has not disappointed his designs are insane, I love love love the spakle and embellished items, once again Chanel well done!!! I can dream about one day wearing Chanel Couture but I am lucky enough to proudly carry a Chanel handbag!

Peace, love, Chanel

Toughening up nude

The shops are full of summer clothes and it is still minus 3! No hope of bare legs and sandels any time soon, however I will be working summer shades such as nudes, these will remain wintery toughened up with leather and anything emblazzoned with studs. I also feel like I have enough leopard print items, when I can easily wear triple leopard I feel that's enough, so I am going to stick with animal print but branch out to snake print, thank you Topshop for your Snake Valley trend, I feel a snake print blouse is on the cards. I am also drawn to fringing this season, now fringing is something I have avoided in previous years but the leather fringes off these shorts are to die for and at the minute I am partial to a fringed top, this summer I think my inner hippy will come out but at the minute I am sticking to the rock star chic style.

Oh my god, I jut DIED!

The Rachel Zoe Project is fast becoming one of my favourite TV Shows, alongside SATC, Gossip Girl and The OC of course. I LOVE Rachel Zoe, I want her job, styling is something I miss so much and if I was ever given an opportunity to do something like Rachel Zoe does, well I might just DIE! I love and share her obsession with Chanel, no matter how skint I become I will never part with Chanel and am in awe of her beautiful vintage Chanel items. My aim this year is to dress more like Rachel Zoe as she is my current style icon, I will be rocking sunnies no matter what the weather, layering gold chains, rocking black, leopard print and Chanel - to be honest not much different from my current style! For anyone who hasn't seen it watch The Rachel Zoe Project on Really (sky 248) 9pm everyday, it is ba-na-nas!!! Any one who has seen it will understand why I love it so much.

Peace, love, chanel
