Goodbye Whitney, another music legend gone.

So one by one I'm finding my itunes artists passing away and it's so sad, first Michael Jackson, then Amy Winehouse, then Etta James and now Whitney. She is beyond amaze from I wanna dance with somebody, to my love is your love, to I will always love you to Million Dollar Bill, I won't forget her X Factor appearance and Dermot's face when her dress broke, tonight I will be paying tribute and watching The Bodyguard. An inspiration to all artists and an amazing voice. I'm just hoping they don't take anyone else anytime soon, long live Tina Turner, Kylie, Madonna, Christina and all the other greats, and twitter please stop fake killing off celebs as people are going one by one and I don't like it!

I love short shorts

So not uploaded an outfit for the past few days mainly because I've been unwell and generally looked like shit, still got massive eye bags right now but on the plus side a husky voice, here is a snap of my new favourite shorts, another new in Topshop number at £34 and yet again my denim short addiction continues I just can't help myself.

All about chain prints....the highstreet has gone Versace crazy!

Since the launch of Versace for H&M back in November the highstreet has gone Versace print mad chains and bright prints fill River Island, Topshop and even Motel have fabulous printed jeans! Topshop's current South Pacific collection has some amazing prints, I am lusting after too many items, it's all about clashing the prints maybe mixing them with leopard too and lots of gold jewellery! Are you crazy enough to go all out Rihanna and clash the prints like we wern't afraid to do when we were children in the 90s??? The trend screams holiday and makes me wish I was on a tropical island, not brave enough to mix the prints yet here is my homage to South Pacific

A cold Saturday

It's freeeeeeeeeeeeezing and snow is falling, a trip to Meadowhall with my mum calls for casual but fabulous.

Casual Friday outfit post

So got a couple of things on my wish list already and this grey marl jersey top is one of them, cracking it out today with some leggings and shoe boots and will probably regretfully have to add a full winter coat as let's be honest it's freeeeeeeeeezing!!! I'm loving all the Alexander Wang inspired pieces in Topshop's Surf Luxe trend right now and could easily spend a small fortune.

I'm not doing jewellery which is a very rare occurrence for me but the cut out pretty women style gap is enough of a statement I feel!

Is it payday yet?????? NO!!! It is still only January but on the plus side I finally get paid this week...only two more days to get through before FRIDAY!!! It will definetly be a TGIF moment!!! And not having to work until 2.30pm I have the morning to do what I do best -shop!!!! I know I should be saving yada yada but seriously???? I 100% can justify the NEEEEEEEED right now for new clothes it has been far to long! And the number one item on my wishlist - a pair of jeans!!! I know!!!!! It has been years since I have bought jeans and only crack them out a few times a year, but I feel this time will be different....I have my eye on these Topshop bad boys.....why? Because some tops are too long to wear with shorts yet not long enough to wear with tights or leggings, mainly because I like short shorts but still I'm hoping I can rock a pair of jeans, obviously they will be worn with heels and some sort of statement jewellery item but I'm quite excited at the idea!!! I also am dying for a pair of these gladiator style sandals, I think they will look awesome in summer with a long baggy tee or maxi! I am still lusting after another Balenciaga bag and in particular a red one....one day....some day....one day or if not an Alexander Wang Rocco bag....plus still lusting after a Tom Ford lippy, which to be fair is the most affordable item as I will be skint again this time next week as got so much to pay for this month....nothing exciting either just bills haha but I am determined that I will book a holiday this year DETERMINED!!!!!
