Playing dead

Just a few more snaps from Halloween, one of my favourite nights of the year, I was dressed as a dead NYPD cop who had lost both her eyes in a shoot out although my friends said I was dressed as a stripper, interesting

Anyway enjoy

Things are starting to get scary...

I love halloween fancy dress, Friday I went out as a magician, I used giant cards and a light up bunny on a top hat -I got both from urban outfitters and teamed it with items I already had - and an amazing tassel topshop top I borrowed off my flat mate -perfect! I did my own make up -two faced skeleton style

And tonight it is round 2, now I've had today off so started getting ready now, whoa, whoa is that the sound of the police! I am going to be a dead cop -who's eyes got shot out in a shoot out -I believe halloween should be about blood, guts and gore not mean girls style with lingerie and animal ears -you can look sexy with lots of blood -I think so anyway plus I've had lots of fun doing my halloween make up -it's making me wish I worked for MAC -I'd make a good make up artist plus I'd fit in we'll dressed in all black!

Peace, love and trick or treats

Tricked and treated

I am finding myself dressing somewhat halloween themed recently -outfits I put together seem to be inspired by The Craft or other halloween outfits -totally turning gothic glam and I think I like it -perfect for the month of October.

Skeleton tees, bandage tights, witchy maxis, mesh sleeves, statement jewellery, skulls and leather are all statements for this time of year and Topshop is doing the best high street halloween inspired outfits right now, feeling skinted though think I have had a few too many treats right now!

My topshop '06 moons and stars jumper has also been cracked back out of hibernation right now -this could possibly be one of my most favourite topshop items, it's so toasty and such a statement -firm favourite.

After a few years I am still coveting the Alexander Rocco bag and I couldn't help but wonder how amazing it would be with some of these items.

Peace, love and happy halloween
