Sunshine, hello

Bank holiday weekend número 3, the sun is shining and I'm on route with my family to see my beautiful Nanna who will be 92 in July.

What better outfit to wear in the sunshine than this beautiful giraffe print maxi dress I fell in love with when walking past H&M yesterday, adore! My favourite addition to my summer wardrobe, if I could wear it every day this summer I would! I want to team it with a straw hat a la Rachel Zoe.

J'adore my Klear Klutch

I was recently spoiled by my boyfriend and treated to a long lusted after Klear Klutch - a clear clutch bag with Ks and I am beyond obsessed with this bag!

It is amazing -a bag you can make your own simply by choosing what to put on show, obviously I wouldn't have Tampax on show at the time of the month despite being asked numerous times when using this what I would do!

I love how simple and effective these clutch bags are, I cannot wait to experiment with different things inside it -I think it would look amaze with smaller clutch bags in it as well as just my possessions wondering free!

Sunday night, I went to an event with my old favourites to raise money for teenage cancer trust, and this was my Klear Klutch's first official dressy outing -I wore a beyond amazing white silk dress that I am also obsessed with, thank you Topshop, thank you Jessica for informing me of this dress being returned to your store -white silk, low back, 3 quarter sleeved -£140 down to £40 AMAZING perfect in every way! Obviously drinking clear liquids was the only way forward and I managed to return home stain free -yes!!! In my opinion white is the best background outfit for my Klear Klutch, a blank canvas if you will.

These are a few of my favourite things right now...

My chartreuse obsession was taken to a new level when Rihanna launched her River Island collection and this knot back turtleneck is a sure fire favourite. I love wearing it with denim its great with my dad jeans I'm obsessed with at the minute and I wore it on a night out recently with this acid wash skirt -80s throwback!!

Obviously my love of all black is still here in amongst the chartreuse and denim and I love this black jersey dress I picked up from toppers for only £25 -bargain!! I can't wait for it to be warmer so I can just wear it with my vintage fringed leather jacket -come on weather bitch we have had enough snow this year lets concentrate on the sunshine now please!!!

Literally obsessed with this statement necklace too, trying not to buy jewellery as have a room full but this piece caught my eye and its safe to say for the mere 2 weeks I have owned it it has probably only left my neck twice -fashion maths working out value per wear right there!!!

I wouldn't be me if I didn't love my Chanel either and it just so happens to go with every outfit although I think I am going to have to send it for a service soon so it looks all shiny once again!

And my love for Topshop shoes continues...

Healthy and happy

Everyone secretly or very publicly goes to the gym, I can't I'm at the gym, I have a class, I've got yoga blah blah blah, so if you can't beat them join them! Especially when you can get membership for £10.99 a month I can spare this dollar from my shoe funds haha

One of my New Years resolutions is to be happy! I have joined a gym today, people say they join gyms all the time and don't go but I aim to take it seriously and be motivated to go, after all my diet consists mainly of cake and halloomi with the odd piece of fruit and glass of rosé so I wanna do something active to tone up -I don't wanna crack out arm muscles to rival Jodie Marsh just lose a bit of weight, do lots of squats to get an ass and maybe just maybe get a body I can wear bodycon in, I don't want to wear a bodycon dress or tube skirt everyday but when 90% of the clothing in the shops is bodycon it would be nice to be able to have the option to rock it so here goes, I'm making a positive change.

Also if I become one of those people who checks in to the gym on Facebook and constantly updates status about it permission to hit me hard haha.

Naturally I am super excited about my gym attire and have already browsed Stella McCartney's Adidas range as well as everything on the Sweaty Betty website, but who am I kidding, one I'm not rich and 2 I don't want to spend all my money on clothes to wear to the gym as much as I would love to go in head to toe American Apparel like I have stepped out of a Jane Fonda workout video I'm probably just going to wear a baggy tee and leggings, all black of course as a funeral for my fat!

Also now summers coming (hopefully) I like to eat fruit more so here is a picture of some of the lush things I've eaten these past few weeks that don't involve cake!

Blue Jeans

This year I am loving denim, yes denim I bought jeans and I have practically lived in them, those that know me may think this odd I usually only wear jeans about twice a year but this year I am all over them. I also am still obsessed with my denim shirt and denim shorts too and have also purchased the Topshop acid wash denim skirt -addicted much! I did not see this coming!

My jeans of choice are these vintage Levis 505, dad jeans if you will, I got mine from the Urban Renewal range at Urban Outfitters and have to wear them with a belt because otherwise they fall down I could recreate a Jenny Craig advert quite literally haha, I think part of my love for them is because they are so comfy. But also just because they are different from anything i have ever worn! I love wearing them with crop tops and seeing as my best mate and flat mate has literally every crop top Topshop has ever made I am laughing -so many different outfits I can create and I love it!

I think I am becoming a little bit Urban and I think I like it, I also have bought some five year olds frilly ankle socks and love how cute they look with my jeans I also enjoy that they make my ankles look super skinny and obviously my shoe obsession means I bought the cream Sheryl Topshop wedges I think my summer look is sorted!!

Crack out a dad jean if you are not a jeans person, trust me you won't regret it

All blogs post the same stuff

Unless you have dropped off the face of the universe today you will know it's London Fashion week and Topshop Unique showed today at the Tate -Jourdan Dunn who I have loved since the Topshop campaign on London buses back in 2009 when she modelled the moons and stars jumper I coverted and still love to this day and Cara Delevingne this months Vogue cover girl and it seems everyone's new favourite girl crush -what a babe!

Anyway this year Unique fucking brought it -a beyond fierce collection of sequins, furs, silks, PVC and other fabulous things including one of my favourite items -the jumpsuit -this pale pink one I need in my life ASAP I will be wearing it to Christmas parties and weddings in 2014 -I love it by far the best unique collection to date. I love you Topshop LA and this all in one week you have excelled my expectations

Lust List

Apologies again for lack of blogging I'm all over instagram @ladysophs but vow to make time to blog more -fashion weeks are upon us I've lusted over so many things i won't bore you with hundreds of pictures like all the other blogs, but there are gonna be some amazing designer inspired looks on the high street I'm guessing!

I never thought I'd be so happy for the launch of Rihanna for River Island and the launch date coincides nicely with my birthday I think it would be rude not to go and try on some of the garms -obviously I wish I had Rihanna's body to go with the clothes but my current addiction to chocolate orange flavoured things means I am slowly piling on the pounds -need to stop a summer diet must commence -let's say Monday as everyone else does haha!

So polyvore have an app -yay I can picture collage favourite fashion items from my phone or iPad!! Buzzing!!! So this is my lust list -my must most needed, most wanted item right now is these Topshop cream Sheryl wedges -super scared they will ruin but I love them and will no doubt have dreams about them tonight -amazing and they will look insane with these urban Levi dad jeans -I don't own a pair yet, tried some on, wasn't sure -I'm not usually a denim person -saying that last week I embraced double denim and loved it like but yes I need these jeans in my life -should have bought them already!

My other favourite things right now are this Evil Twin kimono -a sale bargain and probably the best thing I have bought this year, imagine sunglasses -still my favourite bug eyed look and these toppers gladiator sandals -I can honestly say if I won the lottery tomorrow most of my footwear would be Topshop they make the best shoes -obviously I'd treat myself to some Manolo's and Jimmy Choos probably some more Jeffrey Campbell's, definitely some Charlotte Olympia shoes oh and Christian Loubs oh my god shoes!!! Tangent!! but Topshop shoes will always be my favourite.

In other news candy yum yum is back and here to stay yes MAC finally -although not sure now my hair is dip dyed that I am as excited for this bright pink as when I was fully brunette arrrr damn it MAC but it will be mine I am pretty sure I have 6 empty's and its time to get free lippy again!!!
