For the past few days most of us have been dying to know who will be fronting Topshop's Christmas campaign, they had us hooked posting clues on twitter and I finally figured it out before they announced it was Kate. The video of the beaut Kate Bosworth’s performance of the iconic ‘Winter Wonderland’ created by Topshop is inspired by the famous piano scene with Michelle Pffeifer in ‘’The Fabulous Baker Boys’’ she has been my thinspiration for a long time but in this video she has possibly become my new girl crush, made more exciting by the fact she replied to my tweet on twitter -she is an absolute babe I love her
You can watch the video here -http://bit.ly/WFefp

Because sometimes this lady is a vamp
Fringing aside one of my other looks I'm obsessed with right now is gothic vamp -think the craft, every winter I love all black as standard but this time I finding much more gothic inspired things appealing I had to reign myself in from buying a choker the other day that would have been a step too far!
Right now if its black, maxi or jewellery with a cross on I'm all over it I cannot help myself I am becoming vampy and I like it.
All vamp outfits are best worn with Jeffrey Campbell spiked Litas
Peace, love and black lippy

My fringing obsession continues...
I need to effin wind it in, on payday I was shopping in Topshop, yes Topshop I mention it a lot but yes it is my favourite shop I am a Topshop whore and I don't care who knows it for me it can do no wrong especially when it comes to fringing -this is what they do best, along with sequins, basics, jewellery and shoes!
Now as I was shopping, not for anything in particular, just a casual payday browse I came across the most beautiful dress i have seen in a while, my Christmas party dress, my second tassle dress but it was there hanging in the middle of buy it now, my favourite bit in any Topshop -the place where dreams come true -and when I pulled out this fringed number I knew it would be mine, I didn't care it was two sizes too big wearing it oversized will add to the effect of the fringed flapper dancer look I will go for at my Christmas party. It's cooler than the aqua floor length fringed beauty I was going to wear and a lot less red carpet, I can't wait to get my shimmy on!
In other fringed news today was beyond amazing -I nearly died when I saw it hanging on the front forest fixtures of Toppers Meadowhall in my favourite clothing colour -the fringed sleeved kimono! Death! Spring summer 2010 I saw this in cream on a graphic, I lusted after it, I found it, I bought it, I wore it, I washed it, it was ruined -fringed perfection ruined by the touch of water -words could not explain how gutted I was -trawling eBay it still sells for ridiculous overpriced insanities but I no longer need to search for it here it is and black as well I can incision so many outfits it going with and making and I cannot wait to wear it especially with this space dye body which was an insane bargain too.
Fringing is my favourite and I have uploaded a collection of my favourite fringed outfits from over the years -fringing is like Chanel once I own it i don't part with it
Peace, love and fringing for life

Because real is better than fake....
December the 1st is finally here...that means one thing it's nearly Christmas and I cannot contain my excitement of putting the tree up and feeling festive! Now last years tree consisted of mainly jewellery and corsages due to lack of decorations, I've now learnt the trick -buy a smaller tree, real ones are of course by far the best -the incredible Christmas smell -our little beauty came in a pot too for only £15 -thank you Asda! I'm all about the festivities but lets be honest give me clothes any day so smart price decorations are the way to go -a classic red and gold theme and of course candy canes -I think they make the tree * there is only one thing left to do now and that is watch my favourite Christmas movie -Elf because the best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear.
*candy canes may not all last until Christmas Day

Velvet.....it's bloody everywhere
You know Christmas is coming when velvet has touched down in high street stores now as per its all over Topshop, there's key pieces in Urban Outfitters too as well as Zara and Rivers.
Now for years I have been anti velvet,
primarily it's the touch, I got a velvet bodycon skirt from Topshop, thought it would be ok with thick tights and a top tucked in but no after two hours I had to take it off and wear something else!
Anyway this year it all changed! How, well my flatmate came home with the most beautiful velvet fringed kimono, toppers obviously and in my favourite colour red, it's too hard not to resist it I am overcoming the fear and fighting for fashion and wearing the velvet kimono because it would be rude not too, it's beyond amazing! Plus I have layered it so its not too close to my skin!
Who knows maybe in a few weeks I may be able to wear a full velvet dress or playsuit....I will just take it one velvet item at a time
Peace, love and velvet

The mullet skirt
How to wear a mullet skirt -dubious, very dubious not sure I like the trend of the long back and short front but then I came across this winter floral number. Now I am loving grey at the moment and reduced to £10 in Urban Outfitters it was hard to ignore, especially when I browsed it at £45. I am wearing it today teamed with my favourite shoes at the minute although I feel it would look amaze with a spiked lita, a crop topshop faithful, obviously borrowed from my flatmate, queen of crops and the faux fur collar off my new Topshop coat and I must say I quite like it.
Quick at £10 this bad boy isn't going to stay around for long!
Peace, love and mullets

Things are starting to get scary...
I love halloween fancy dress, Friday I went out as a magician, I used giant cards and a light up bunny on a top hat -I got both from urban outfitters and teamed it with items I already had - and an amazing tassel topshop top I borrowed off my flat mate -perfect! I did my own make up -two faced skeleton style
And tonight it is round 2, now I've had today off so started getting ready now, whoa, whoa is that the sound of the police! I am going to be a dead cop -who's eyes got shot out in a shoot out -I believe halloween should be about blood, guts and gore not mean girls style with lingerie and animal ears -you can look sexy with lots of blood -I think so anyway plus I've had lots of fun doing my halloween make up -it's making me wish I worked for MAC -I'd make a good make up artist plus I'd fit in we'll dressed in all black!
Peace, love and trick or treats

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
Less than 65 to go (SORRY) and I have already watched Elf, had nothing better to do on Friday night a week before payday...don't feel sorry for me I clearly spend all my money on clothes and fashion so sometimes a DVD and beans on toast tea is exciting as it gets.
Anyway it got me into the spirit of thinking about what I want for Christmas...I have been searching forever for a cute vintage looking Vinyl player, mostly getting outbid on eBay or them been collection only and being somewhere really random like Southhampton yeah can't travel down there too easily haha so I think I will have to cave and get a Crosley, don't get me wrong they are not horrible and I would be very greatful of one I love that you can convert songs to USB and that they are more reliable it would just be super cool to play vintage vinyl (I say vintage my Mum has some treats I fingers crossed can't wait to get my hands on - there are some classics) on a vintage vinyl player but this looks to be top of my list.
Crosley Record Player £140, Urban Outfitters (instore & online)
Other than that I am not really sure what Christmas will bring...fingers crossed for some more Stella perfume -the original -not Lily as nice as it is nothing compares to Stella -it is my absolute favourite smell in the world.
It would also be nice to have some good make up again some YSL treats, Chanel or even Mac, I have kept on top of Lippy etc but am getting fed up of using Rimmel foundation now!
If anyone else is wanting to purchase a gift and is unsure anything from Topshop will go down a treat, or Chanel naturally, but I am still on the hunt for a red handbag, Balenciaga or Alexander Wang would finish off most outfits incredibly....anyway a girl can keep dreaming....but fingers crossed for a Vinyl player, I can feel the retro beats already!
Peace, love & Christmas wishes

Finally purchasing a new winter coat...
So after copious amounts of time wearing the leopard print fur I am beginning to resent it, it's toasty but too done right now, I mean Toppers have not even bought it out AGAIN this year but Asos have, I love it and won't be eBaying as there are times I will want to wear it but I need a new daily coat.
Last year the fur collar boyfriend beauty touched down to Topshop, I fell in love but regretfully didn't buy it, they did a gorgeous burnt orange with brownish fun collar that was amaze..a few lucky people I know smacked it up and it still looks effortless and amazing....I have searched for it on eBay and it is currently selling -with bids, not buy it now for £249 -RIDIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was only £110 brand new!!! They also did the same coat last year in a grey with black fur and just my luck a super similar one is out again this year! This time I am owning it, I need it, I need the fur collar to keep me toasty whilst I wait at 11pm when I finish a late night for my first of 2 trams...it's perfet and it is what I shall be spending my money on this Friday when I get paid! I am too excited to finally own this beauty I know it will be a coat I love for years!

Tricked and treated
I am finding myself dressing somewhat halloween themed recently -outfits I put together seem to be inspired by The Craft or other halloween outfits -totally turning gothic glam and I think I like it -perfect for the month of October.
Skeleton tees, bandage tights, witchy maxis, mesh sleeves, statement jewellery, skulls and leather are all statements for this time of year and Topshop is doing the best high street halloween inspired outfits right now, feeling skinted though think I have had a few too many treats right now!
My topshop '06 moons and stars jumper has also been cracked back out of hibernation right now -this could possibly be one of my most favourite topshop items, it's so toasty and such a statement -firm favourite.
After a few years I am still coveting the Alexander Rocco bag and I couldn't help but wonder how amazing it would be with some of these items.
Peace, love and happy halloween

It didn't take long...
Obsessed with the stunner shoes and losing sleep through needing them it had to be done, sold out already in my size instore I ordered them the other day, sold some old topshop shoes and a faux leather jacket in order to afford them but it is so so worth it!
They came this morning right on q for me to take them on their first outing, only to work but they are amaze, so so comfy and so so worth every penny!
Love them maybe more than litas
Peace love and new shoes always

It's been far too long since I've blogged
Apologies for my lack of blogging -I did not realise quite how much has happened and since I last blogged cowboy boots are back in stores...no joke a key trend for aw12 that I don't think I'm too pleased about, prove me wrong but I think it's an item best reserved for fancy dress only.
So since my last posts I've been on holiday FINALLY!!! Now not your typical girls holiday as our resort hasn't been lively for at least 10 years but it was so nice to get some sunshine and chill out and relax for a week forgetting about the rest of the world, of course I missed wifi I spend far too much time on twitter and Instagram @ladysophs
It's October already this means the best winter coats have already gone, holding out for a gorgeous Topshop boyfriend fit one with faux fur collar just need some extra money, currently some loved items are listed on eBay on hope of making the £110 I need.
In other news I've had my fringe cut back in -a winter must and I love it as much as the first time I got a fringe if not more.
Also I am excited to be getting tickets for Glastonbury - fingers crossed! I need to experience a festival and Glasto is my number one choice 9am Sunday will be hopefully my chance to secure my ticket -I'm already looking forward to wearing denim shorts, fringing and wellies!
This year I have learnt that going on holiday at the end of summer not only means you don't get to show off your tan but also I was so preoccupied with holiday clothes my winter wardrobe is fiercely lacking -seriously! I purchased a couple of bits but I need more at the minute my wardrobes looking bare. I'm not inspired by the clothes at the minute I keep finding shoes which I need to stop buying, especially as they are not cheap -yes Jeffrey Campbell and Topshop I mean you -while you keep making such good shoes my clothing wardrobe is lacking!!!
How long will it be until I cave and buy these topshop STUNNERS???
And yes I need them they are the most perfect everyday shoe!
I already, finally on payday last week got the Cheap Monday patent ankle strapped wedge boots I've been lusting after for like 2 months, practically everyday! Although I've not worn them with the ankle strap yet as I feel you need a bare leg to do them justice and it's just too cold at the moment but I've worn them a couple of times as a day shoe and they are super comfy and I like the tackiness of them when worn with a casualish outfit!
I ordered a camo vest from Urban Outfitters online, it came today, it's being returned tomorrow -why I ordered it I don't know I am clearly over camo it's clearly died its death along with Boy London (sorry Jordan) and I am being sensible and putting this money in my coat fund -yes I'm saving for something -purely because I cannot stand to freeze like I did tonight waiting for the bus no matter how many more calories it burns! A leather jacket and Mongolian fur scarf is not sufficient winter weather attire for someone who gets nesh like me. Now I could dig out one of the coats I own but I can't bare to crack out the beloved toppers leopard fur as I will get too attached to the toastyness again and my Zara cape coat is too annoying when you have a handba! Urgh nothing is ever easy!
Anyway starting to ramble, but I shall try and blog more frequently
Peace, love and always shoe shopping

Today is mostly about sequins and gothic roots
Christmas is coming Topshop is full of sequins, this years Christmas trend sensationalist, and some of the pieces are amaze, but I won't be getting my hands on any of them just yet as I'm still saving for holiday monies....but believe me some of their new embellished beauties will be in my wardrobe at some point! Urban Outfitters have gorgeous vintage leather skirts and only £40 holding out til next Tuesday when I have been paid to purchase one, I wore my old leather skirts all the time and this one I fear will be no different! So today I am wearing my black lace bitching and junkfood shorts, a new beautie in my wardrobe a gorgeous black sequin embellished vintage crop and obviously spiked litas and silver jewellery, found out my original cross necklace from about 5 years ago web the Topshop Christmas trend was called gothic fairy tale -my favourite of all trends!
Anyway this is my early August aw12 tribute to the Christmas trends and sequins will always be my most favourite thing to wear!
Peace, love and embellishment

Factory girl
Too much love for the litas, but hit the Topshop sales too and grabbed this gorgeous bargain dress from the boutique range for £20! Easy to chuck on obviously I love a baggy tee so perfect for me as just so comfy! Love this look, borrowed my best friends bowler hat, feel like a factory girl, mod, beetles fan...but love it especially with my new addiction bug eyed sunnies, definetly feel like a John Lennon tribute
Teamed with Chanel I think this is one of my favourite summer looks yet.

I'm the girl who loves a denim short
Those who know me know I am addicted to buying and wearing denim shorts, they are the basis of my casual everyday outfits, worn with heels obviously!
Now I've not blogged for a while but thought I'd share with you a couple of my new favourites, I'm still loving studs and my DIY and eBay skills helped me make these studded bad boys, which I can't wait to wear when I go on holiday as think tights ruin the effect, but obviously England doesn't give much hope of bare leg weather right now, it's the 1st August and I am wearing a denim shirt and leather jacket -sort it out please it's like it's October!
I love these studs I ordered think they are my favourite yet thank you eBay seller the-retired-punk I def feel that I need some more and need black and light wash denim Levi's in the same style studding!
I am loving Bitching and Junkfood shorts as well at the minute, there are lots to chose from on Urban Outfitters website, I went for these leather crossed ones -the second pair I own from this brand and once again they didn't disappoint -they are amaze, a tad Jessie J and a tad predictable with the crosses, crosses seem to be rocking up on leggings everywhere these days and we all know black milk made the originals! Anyway thought these would be a nice winter short and a bit longer than all my others. Please fill me in if anyone sees any other denim shorts I need to know about

The best damn lita I ever did see
Casually browsing instagram as I do like a zillion times a day and my eyes meet these. The quilted spiked toe cap lita!!!! These are even more fierce than my beloved spiked heeled litas not only are they gold spikes but these litas are quilted....yes quilted, now my love of quilted things started from Coco Chanel herself but now Jeffrey has made the perfect quilted and spiked combination......I need to own these bad boys at some point!
I bought the red lita yesterday just the plain with wooden heel, office sale meant they were too good a price to pass....my lita obsession is fast going to become the only footwear I wear...thank god they are so comfy!!!
Lita I love you

For the love of skulls....
Everyone loves a skull lets be honest, casually cut my tights into a little skull face today, kinda cute think I am liking it, may try with another pair of tights just to see if I can perfect it, but what do you think -too punk? Or will the look catch on?
Currently obsessed with casually customising things on my days off, soon I will have no tights left and everything I own will either be studded, tye dyed or both.....not a bad thing though right?

Viva Forever I will always believe in girl power
So the Spice Girls reunited again today for the launch of the Viva Forever musical which I NEED to go and see, 100% Spice Girls fan for life, loving the girls since I was a child and always believing in Girl Power, but I must say I am disappointed with the girls outfits apart from Sporty in her gorgeous Acne dress, I am shocked she is best dressed and I am disappointed in VB for her full black outfit and standing away from the girls like she is too good for the group that made her, Emma could look ok she has played it safe but I am not feeling her shoes one bit and Geri looks too Girly.....these girls need fiercing up, I will always love them though and no matter how old I get I will want to be a Spice Girl so I have dug out my Spice Girls tour tee and am rocking this today!

2012 Summer Bucket List
Summer is almost here....and this year I want it to be the best one yet, so here is my 2012 bucket list.
1)Get the best tan of my life. Not 100% achievable as England weather is pretty shite for at least 300 days of the year but everytime the sun is out I am going to seize the opportunity and spend it outside, I may need to build up my tan with the help of sunbeds too then really concentrate on it when I go to Corfu with my girls in September.
2)Roadtrip I want a good oldfashioned road trip to the seaside and I want to eat fish and chips on the pier and play arcade games and eat an icecream
3)Take & print lots of photos having won a fisheye camera this week, yay :o) it shouldn't be too hard just need to use it, I will be getting films taking fisheye pictures and then waiting for them to be developed. I miss waiting for pictures and standing outside boots looking at them and destroying horrible ones. I will then buy more frames and my bedroom picture wall will need to be a lot fuller than what it is.
4)Have a sleepover at Ikea obviously i know this would never happen but it would be too much fun if it did and sometimes a girl can only dream.
5)Greys Anatomy Marathon Ok so I've only watched season one so far after been convinced into it by my boxset and DVD aholic best friend but I love it and want to watch it all.
6) Play a game of rounders I can't do this on my own, next summer day off lets hit the park and have a picnic and play rounders please, this is the only sport from PE that was worth doing lets be honest rounders is fun and with the Olympics here why not get a bit sporty???
7)Get a tattoo I know what I want, I know where I want it, I just need to stop being chicken and do it!
8)Make my own tye dye t-shirts and dip dye shorts I can blatently do this it can't be that hard and will be pretty fun
9)Give people a chance Don't disregard people straight away I guess.
10) Get fit and look beaut Need to stop eating shit and work out so that I can look beaut on my holiday and for the party season!
What's on your bucketlist?
Peace, love and summer 2012

How to wear the red disco pant....
So after many years of lust I caved and got the black discos, worn far too much and have a love for these like many have for a pair of jeans, so I had to do it...I had to get the red...red is my most favourite colour, usually favoured in lipstick or ankle boots form and lusted after in handbags...but I had to do it, it was time the red discos would be mine! Remember the Jubilee....what did I do for it you wonder..well mostly worked the full weekend and by passed all the celebrations however Queenie didn't go unnoticed no, I benefited from the jubilee hype and enjoyed red discos with an extra 10% off thanks to the jubilee celebrations....yes american apparel you know how to make me love you more 10% off red, white and blue all weekend....BOOM!!!! The shiney red discos were mine and I just cannot get enough of them. Literally addicted to them they go with so much!!! Here are some of the ways I have worn them....

Well I've often seen a cat without a grin...
Ok so I haven't blogged for a few weeks as I have been super busy with my new job...fashion is still on my radar and I will of course post pictures of my new clothes and things I am loving right now as well as some outfit blogs when I get chance but at the minute housewares are having a moment and I am becoming a little bit obsessed, I wanna buy a house and decorate one day...eventually..maybe but until then my rented flat will start to become home to some beautiful housewares thanks to Urban Outfitters of course.
Now wait for it this is possibly the cutest bedding I have EVER seen, EVER......
Black and white so perfect for any colour scheme and on sale too, it has to be mine, the Alice in Wonderland theme is super cute and would look perfect in my room....NEED, WANT, LOVE!!!
Peace, love and Wonderland <3
